Animesh is Director & Course Head responsible for product development & program delivery; he owns the circle of excellence for Human Resource Certification (C.H.R.M.P) and also responsible for creation of our PepTALK Learning Delivery Model.
He has an experience of over 14 years in learning & development and his known for his application based, practical and experiential style.

Veronica is responsible for learning delivery and client relation; she owns the circle of excellence for behavioral training. She has an experience of over 4 years in training and is known for her engaging & humorous delivery style. Her understanding of human behavior and ability to create a safe learning environment leads to success of her programs.
She has gained Experience in facilitation, having delivered training to young executives, college students, and senior executives.

Celeste Dean – Partner/ Country Head

Celeste has spent the past 18 years immersed in the world of traditional and digital learning, working across nine diverse industries, including academia, production, and advanced technology. She has had the privilege of collaborating with professionals from the IT, banking, and airline sectors, connecting with people from over 80 countries—a journey she deeply values.

Based in Saint John, New Brunswick Canada. Celeste collaborates with clients across the UK, UAE, and India, focusing on impactful L&D and coaching projects. She is Kirkpatrick Bronze Level certified and has successfully led large-scale initiatives, including a global coaching project for Emirates Airlines. A certified instructional designer from Symbiosis Pune, she has extensive work experience with professionals from over 80 countries.

Beyond her professional work, Celeste is passionate about learning, permaculture, and wildlife conservation.

Celeste has spent over 18 years in development and management of traditional and digital learning solutions across 9 industries ranging from academic institutions, traditional production methods to advanced technology environments. She currently lives in the UAE and works with clients in the UK, UAE and India on various learning and development projects.

Celeste is Kirkpatrick Bronze Level certified professional and has developed and evaluated various learning projects for Level 4 results successfully. She successfully developed, implemented, and evaluated an organization wide project on developing workplace coaches at various international locations of Emirates Airlines. With her exceptional project management and L&D skills she was able to oversee, coordinate, and influence stakeholders to implement this project successfully over a period of 2 years.

Celeste has facilitated learning across 9 industries with courses ranging from personal development for students and professionals, train the trainer, leadership development and aviation compliance related subjects. Kalpana Jha

Kalpana comes with an overall HR Industry experience of 8 years, mostly into Senior HR Recruitments, Training & Development. Her ability to go deeper in the concepts and explain it with simplified and interesting manner distinguishes her as a facilitator.
She is also a part of Research & Development Team for Ripples.

  • She has done her MBA in HR from SCDL, Pune. She also holds a Master’s Degree in History (Modern India) and a Bachelor Degree in Arts (History) from Delhi University. She has also been a part of international visits during her college years.

Sunny Suman

Sunny has over half a decade of experience into content development, recruitment and learning delivery.
His ability to build rapport with his participants and the keen interest he takes to ensure learning is effective distinguish him as a facilitator.

  • He has attended NLP workshop by NLP Academy and is currently working towards fulfilling the requirements for NLP Practitioner certification.
